What is the status of my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin work on your order immediately so that we can get your items to you as quickly as possible. Since all items are made to order, it's not possible to change or cancel your order after it is submitted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Where do your products ship from?

We are a Chicago based business that ships all of our products from facilities in the USA. Some products in your order may ship separately if they are coming from different locations.


When will my order arrive?

All products are made to order, so it may take us a few days to get them created. Most items are shipped within 2-5 days of your order. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.


What is your return policy?
